Cellcom Gets Pat On The Back But…
Rivercess County Senator Jonathan Banney has underscored communication as an integral component for national development but stressed that unless it is wisely utilized.
Senator Banney made the observation at the Monrovia City Hall on Saturday at the launch of the Cellcom 4-G Internet Mobile Technology. He also urged GSM companies operating in the country to continue to strive for perfection.
He hopes that the launch of Cellom’s 4-G Mobile Network which is intended to offer speed up to 21Mbps for Liberia will assist in enhancing the goal of development communication in the Country.
Senator Banney said whilst the new device is being tested, Liberians should make the advantage to make maximum, use of communication networks in the country.
He further warned against the abuse of free speech and press freedom as many people may think that to be free is to make those remarks that could cause chaos or anarchy in society.
The Rivercess Senator than commended the cellcom management of launching the project as this could afford Liberians the opportunity to enter the super high way of the new world communication order,
